Author Guidelines
The American Journal of AI, Digital Transformation, and Regenerative Pharmacist (AJADTRP) welcomes original research articles, review papers, case studies, and short communications from researchers, academicians, and industry professionals worldwide. Authors are requested to carefully follow the guidelines below before submitting their manuscripts.
1. Manuscript Categories
- Original Research Articles: Reports of novel research findings (4,000–7,000 words).
- Review Articles: Comprehensive surveys of existing literature (5,000–8,000 words).
- Case Studies / Technical Notes: Practical or clinical insights (2,000–4,000 words).
- Short Communications: Brief reports on ongoing work or preliminary findings (1,500–2,500 words).
2. Manuscript Preparation
a) General Format
- Manuscripts must be submitted in English using MS Word (.doc/.docx)
- Font: Times New Roman, 12 pt, 1.5 line spacing, with 1-inch margins on all sides.
- Pages should be numbered consecutively.
b) Structure of the Manuscript
- Title Page
- Title of the manuscript (concise and informative).
- Full names of all authors, affiliations, and corresponding author’s email.
- Abstract (150–250 words)
- A concise summary highlighting purpose, methodology, results, and conclusion.
- Followed by 3–6 keywords.
- Introduction
- Background, objectives, and significance of the study.
- Materials and Methods
- Clear description of experimental/analytical procedures, datasets, or frameworks.
- Results and Discussion
- Presentation of findings with proper interpretation, supported by tables/figures.
- Conclusion
- Summary of outcomes, contributions, and potential future work.
- Acknowledgments (if applicable)
- References
- Follow APA / IEEE citation style (depending on the field).
- References should be recent and relevant.
3. Tables and Figures
- Tables should be numbered sequentially (Table 1, Table 2…).
- Figures should be high resolution (minimum 300 dpi) and labeled appropriately.
- Captions must be provided for all figures and tables.
4. Ethical Compliance
- Authors must confirm that their work is original and has not been submitted elsewhere.
- Studies involving human or animal subjects must include an ethics statement and approval number (if applicable).
- All sources of funding or conflict of interest must be declared.
5. Submission Process
- Manuscripts should be submitted through the online submission portal/email (provide journal’s submission link/email).
- A cover letter must be included, stating the novelty and contribution of the work.
6. Review and Publication
- All submissions undergo a double-blind peer review.
- Authors may be asked to revise manuscripts based on reviewers’ comments.
- Accepted articles will be published online with open access availability.
7. Article Processing Charges (APC)
- AJADTRP follows an open-access policy. Authors may be required to pay a modest publication fee (if applicable, specify amount/waiver policy).
