In modern tourism environments, digital platforms play an important role in providing accessible information, travel assistance, and cultural guidance for visitors. Traditional tourism management systems mainly depend on manual communication methods and scattered information sources, which often create confusion and inconvenience for tourists. During large-scale religious events such as Rath Yatra, managing transportation, accommodation, temple information, emergency assistance, and crowd coordination becomes highly challenging using conventional systems. Recent advancements in web technologies, artificial intelligence, cloud computing, and real-time communication systems have enabled the development of intelligent tourism management platforms. Modern smart tourism systems allow users to access temple information, tourism guidance, nearby attractions, accommodation facilities, emergency support, and chatbot assistance through centralized digital platforms. These systems improve tourist convenience, reduce manual effort, and enhance tourism management efficiency. The proposed Ratha Yatra Verse system is designed as a centralized smart tourism and temple guide platform that integrates tourism management, AI chatbot assistance, emergency support, accommodation details, travel guidance, and administrative management into one system. The platform provides responsive user interfaces and centralized content management using modern MERN stack technologies. It also includes AI-powered assistance and real-time tourism information facilities for improving visitor experience and operational management. The proposed system improves tourism accessibility, visitor communication, digital guidance, and operational efficiency during large-scale religious tourism events. The platform provides a modern and scalable approach for future smart tourism management environments.
