The rapid growth of digital technologies and ecommerce platforms has significantly improved the way agricultural products are bought and sold. Traditional farming marketplaces often depend on middlemen, which reduces farmers’ profits and limits direct communication between farmers and buyers. This paper presents the design and implementation of a Rural Farmer Marketplace aimed at improving transparency, accessibility, and efficiency in agricultural product trading. The proposed system provides a digital platform where farmers can directly add, manage, and sell their agricultural products to buyers without the involvement of intermediaries. The platform integrates modern full-stack web technologies to ensure smooth product management, secure authentication, cart functionality, and efficient order handling. The system supports features such as farmer and buyer registration, product management, shopping cart operations, secure JWT-based authentication, and responsive user interfaces. The application is developed using React, Tailwind CSS, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB, ensuring scalability, modularity, responsive design, and secure API communication. The platform enables farmers to add, edit, update, and delete products while allowing buyers to browse products, add items to the cart, and place orders efficiently.
