Abstract

The Smart Travel Planner is a modern web-based application developed to simplify and improve travel planning and management for users. Traditional travel planning methods require users to visit multiple websites and applications for transportation booking, hotel reservations, route planning, budgeting, and destination management, which increases complexity and consumes valuable time. The proposed Smart Travel Planner system provides a centralized platform where users can organize their complete travel activities efficiently. The system integrates destination search, itinerary management, budget estimation, hotel and transportation details, route planning, and personalized travel recommendations into one platform. Modern web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Node.js, and database systems are used to develop the application. APIs for maps, weather updates, and travel information are integrated to provide real-time travel assistance. The Smart Travel Planner improves travel convenience, reduces manual effort, enhances scheduling accuracy, and provides better user experience through responsive interfaces and intelligent planning features.
