Author Guidelines

The International Journal of AI, Electrical, Civil and Mechanical Engineering (IJAIECME) welcomes high-quality original research papers, review articles, case studies, and technical notes in the areas of Artificial Intelligence, Electrical, Civil, and Mechanical Engineering. Authors are requested to follow the guidelines below before submitting their manuscripts.

 

1. Manuscript Submission

  • Manuscripts must be submitted electronically through the online submission system or via the official journal email.
  • Submissions must be original and unpublished, and not under consideration elsewhere.
  • All manuscripts will undergo peer review before acceptance.

 

2. Manuscript Preparation

General Format

  • Manuscripts should be prepared in English using MS Word (DOC/DOCX)
  • Paper size: A4 (210 × 297 mm), margins of 1 inch on all sides.
  • Font: Times New Roman, 12 pt, double-spaced.
  • Article length: 6–15 pages (including figures, tables, and references).

Structure of the Manuscript

  1. Title Page
    • Title of the paper (concise and informative).
    • Full names, affiliations, and email addresses of all authors.
    • Corresponding author details.
  2. Abstract
    • 150–250 words.
    • Should summarize the objectives, methods, results, and conclusion.
    • Include 3–6 keywords.
  3. Introduction
    • Background, problem statement, motivation, and objectives.
  4. Literature Review (if applicable)
    • Overview of related works and research gap.
  5. Methodology
    • Detailed explanation of methods, models, experiments, or simulations.
  6. Results and Discussion
    • Findings with clear figures, tables, and interpretations.
  7. Conclusion
    • Summary of findings, contributions, limitations, and future scope.
  8. Acknowledgment (if any).
  9. References
    • Must follow IEEE citation style. Example:
      [1] A. Author, B. Author, "Title of paper," *Journal Name*, vol. 10, no. 2, pp. 123–130, 2023.

 

3. Figures and Tables

  • Figures must be clear, high resolution (minimum 300 dpi), and labeled properly.
  • Tables should be numbered consecutively and placed near their first citation in the text.
  • Captions should be placed below figures and above tables.

 

4. Plagiarism Policy

  • Manuscripts are checked with plagiarism detection tools.
  • Similarity index should not exceed 15% (excluding references).
  • Submissions with plagiarism will be rejected immediately.

 

5. Review Process

  • The journal follows a double-blind peer review
  • Average review time: 2–4 weeks.
  • Authors may be required to revise manuscripts before final acceptance.

 

6. Article Processing Charges (APC)

  • IJAIECME is an open-access journal.
  • A nominal Article Processing Charge (APC) is applied after acceptance to cover publication and hosting costs.
  • Waivers/discounts may be available for authors from developing countries.

 

7. Copyright and Licensing

  • Authors retain copyright of their work.
  • All articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial  License, allowing non-commercial use with proper citation.

8. Withdrawal Policy

  • Authors may withdraw a manuscript before peer review without penalty.
  • Withdrawal after acceptance may incur a processing fee to cover editorial costs.
