Abstract

Smart Tourist Safety Monitoring is an intelligent system designed to enhance the safety and security of travellers by using modern technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Internet of Things (IoT), GPS tracking, and real-time data analytics. The system continuously monitors tourist locations, environmental conditions, and potential risks to provide timely alerts and emergency assistance. By integrating mobile applications, wearable devices, and cloud-based platforms, it enables authorities and tourists to communicate efficiently during emergencies. Features such as geofencing, incident detection, health monitoring, and automated SOS notifications help reduce response time and improve situational awareness. The proposed solution also leverages machine learning algorithms to analyze patterns, predict unsafe situations, and recommend safer routes or locations. Overall, Smart Tourist Safety Monitoring aims to create a secure travel environment, increase tourist confidence, and support tourism management agencies in delivering safer and more reliable services.
