Urban Urban areas are growing fast because of urbanization. As more people move to citiesthey need civic infrastructure and public services. This growth causes cities to face problems like potholes on roads bad waste management, water leaks, broken streetlights, blocked drainage systems and other infrastructure issues. These problems affect citizens daily lives create safety risks, health concerns and environmental problems. So city authorities must. Resolve theseissues efficiently and on time. With digital technology advancing and a focus on city development a more efficient approach to managing civic complaints is needed. This project supports governance by using technology to improve communication between citizens and authorities. The platform aims to make the complaint reporting system faster and more reliable, for citizens and administrators.
