Abstract

The Examination Seating Arrangement Automatic Seating Arrangement System is a smart and efficient solution developed to automate the process of examination hall allocation and student seat arrangement in educational institutions. Traditional manual seating arrangement methods are timeconsuming, error-prone, and difficult to manage, especially when handling a large number of students and examination halls. The proposed system provides an automated approach to generate seating arrangements accurately and efficiently. The system consists of admin, student, hall management, and seating allocation modules. Student details, examination schedules, and hall capacities are stored securely in the database. Based on predefined rules and hall availability, the system automatically assigns seats to students and generates hall allocation reports. The application also provides features such as automatic seat generation, report management, and real-time examination monitoring. The Examination Seating Arrangement Automatic Seating Arrangement System reduces manual effort, minimizes allocation errors, improves transparency, and ensures better management of examination activities. The proposed solution provides a reliable, secure, and modern approach for efficient examination seating management in schools, colleges, and universities.
