Abstract

The AI Assistant system is designed to provide intelligent and real-time assistance to users through a modern webbased platform. Traditional systems mainly depend on manual interaction methods and limited automation, which often create challenges in accessibility, communication efficiency, and user interaction. Due to the rapid growth of artificial intelligence technologies and increasing demand for smart digital solutions, there is a need for intelligent systems capable of understanding user queries and generating meaningful responses efficiently. Recent advancements in artificial intelligence, natural language processing, and modern web technologies have enabled the development of intelligent assistant systems. Modern AIbased platforms allow users to interact with systems through conversational interfaces and receive real-time context-aware responses. These technologies improve communication efficiency, reduce manual effort, and enhance user experience. However, many existing AI assistant systems mainly focus on limited functionalities and do not provide complete operational features such as secure authentication, centralized conversation management, scalable architecture, and responsive web interfaces. The proposed AI Assistant Web Application is designed as a centralized intelligent platform that integrates secure authentication, AI response generation, conversation history management, and responsive user interfaces into a single system. The application is developed using modern MERN stack technologies such as React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB. The platform provides intelligent communication facilities, scalable architecture, and secure interaction mechanisms for improving user productivity and accessibility
