This project focuses on the Architectural Planning, Spatial Optimization, and 3D Modeling of a Modern School Building using Revit Architecture. The main objective is to develop a functional, efficient, and visually organized school building that provides suitable spaces for students, teachers, and administrative activities. The architectural planning includes classrooms, laboratories, staff rooms, administrative offices, library, corridors, staircases, sanitation facilities, activity areas, and other essential spaces. Spatial optimization is carried out by arranging these spaces according to their functional requirements, accessibility, circulation, natural lighting, and ventilation. Revit Architecture is used to create accurate 2D floor plans, elevations, sections, and a detailed three-dimensional model of the proposed school building. Building elements such as walls, doors, windows, floors, roofs, stairs, and furniture are incorporated into the BIM-based model. The 3D model provides a clear visualization of the building design and helps identify planning and coordination issues during the design stage. Revit also supports modification of the architectural components while maintaining consistency across different drawings and views. The final outputs include floor plans, elevations, sections, 3D views, room layouts, and architectural documentation. Overall, the project demonstrates how Revit Architecture can support modern school planning, efficient space utilization, and coordinated 3D architectural modeling.
