Author Guidelines

The International Journal of AI Electronics and Nexus Energy (IJAENE) welcomes original research articles, review papers, and technical notes in the interdisciplinary fields of Artificial Intelligence, Electronics, and Energy Systems. Authors are requested to follow the guidelines below to ensure smooth submission and review:

1. Manuscript Types

  • Original Research Articles: Reporting novel research findings, theoretical developments, or experimental results.

  • Review Articles: Comprehensive analysis of current research trends and advancements in a specific field.

  • Technical Notes/Case Studies: Short reports on practical implementations, innovations, or unique applications.

2. General Formatting Guidelines

  • Language: English (clear, concise, and grammatically correct).

  • Document Format: Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx) 

  • Page Size: A4, 1-inch margins on all sides.

  • Font: Times New Roman, 12 pt for text, 10 pt for footnotes.

  • Line Spacing: 1.5 lines; double-space for references.

  • Figures and Tables: High-quality, numbered consecutively, with captions below figures and above tables.

  • Equations: Numbered consecutively on the right margin.

3. Manuscript Structure

  1. Title: Concise and informative.

  2. Author(s) Information: Full names, affiliations, email addresses.

  3. Abstract: Maximum 250 words, summarizing objectives, methods, results, and conclusions.

  4. Keywords: 4–6 keywords reflecting the content.

  5. Introduction: Background, motivation, and research objectives.

  6. Materials and Methods / Methodology: Clear explanation for reproducibility.

  7. Results and Discussion: Present findings, analyze and interpret results.

  8. Conclusion: Summary of key findings and implications.

  9. Acknowledgments: Optional, including funding sources.

  10. References: Follow IEEE citation style (or as specified by the journal).

4. Figures, Tables, and Illustrations

  • Submit figures in high-resolution (≥300 dpi).

  • Use vector graphics for diagrams where possible.

  • Label all axes and units clearly.

  • Tables should be self-explanatory, with clear headings.

5. References

  • Follow IEEE style:

    • Example: [1] A. Author, “Title of the paper,” Journal Name, vol. 1, no. 1, pp. 1–10, Year.

  • Include DOI or URL if available.

  • Ensure all references are cited in the text.

6. Submission Process

  • Manuscripts must be submitted through the journal’s online submission portal or via email to the editorial office.

  • Authors must declare that the manuscript is original, unpublished, and not under consideration elsewhere.

7. Peer Review

  • All submissions undergo double-blind peer review.

  • Authors may be required to revise manuscripts based on reviewer comments.

8. Ethical Guidelines

  • Authors must adhere to research and publication ethics.

  • Proper citation of previous works is mandatory.

  • Plagiarism is strictly prohibited; manuscripts may be screened using plagiarism detection software.

9. Open Access Policy

  • IJAENE follows an open-access model, allowing free access to all published articles.

10. Copyright

  • Authors retain copyright while granting the journal the license to publish.
