Abstract

The Event Planning System is a web-based application developed to simplify and automate the process of organizing and managing events efficiently. The system also enables realtime communication between users and vendors, enhancing coordination and decision-making. Administrative features allow monitoring of system activities, approval of bookings, and maintenance of data integrity. The backend is developed using Django, ensuring secure processing and efficient handling of requests, while MySQL is used for structured data storage. The frontend utilizes HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to provide an interactive user interface. The system also supports real-time notifications and report generation, improving transparency and planning efficiency.
