The proposed system uses Artificial Intelligence (AI), Natural Language Processing (NLP), and machine-learning techniques to improve the efficiency and accuracy of recruitment activities. The system allows recruiters to create job postings, define required skills, review applications, and manage candidates through a centralized dashboard. Job seekers can create profiles, upload resumes, search for jobs, and apply for suitable positions.
