Abstract

The Employee Management System is a web-based application designed to simplify and automate the management of employee information and organizational activities. Traditional employee management methods often rely on paper records and spreadsheets, which can be time-consuming, difficult to maintain, and prone to errors. The proposed system provides a centralized platform for managing employee details, departments, attendance, leave, salaries, and other organizational information. The system allows employees to register and access their profiles, view personal information, check attendance records, apply for leave, and view relevant workrelated details. Administrators and HR personnel can add, update, and manage employee records, departments, job roles, attendance, leave requests, and salary information through a dedicated dashboard. The system stores employee and organizational data in a centralized database, making information easier to access, update, and manage. It can also provide notifications regarding leave approvals, attendance updates, announcements, and other important activities. Role-based access control ensures that employees, HR personnel, and administrators can access only the functions relevant to their responsibilities.
