PRECISION RELOADED: ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE MEETS REGENERATIVE PHARMACOLOGY
Abstract
Regenerative pharmacology, encompassing cell, gene, and tissue-based therapies, is poised for transformation through artificial intelligence (AI). This paper explores how AI-driven approaches can enhance precision medicine in regenerative pharmacology, including accelerating drug discovery, optimizing patientspecific therapeutic regimens, and improving clinical outcomes. Key applications include predictive modeling of cellular responses, integration of multi-omics data for personalized therapy selection, AI-assisted monitoring of adverse events, and digital workflow management for complex regenerative therapeutics. A conceptual framework is proposed for integrating AI into regenerative pharmacology, alongside discussion of ethical, regulatory, and operational considerations.
