Abstract
The advent of Digital Pharmacy 4.0, combined with artificial intelligence (AI), is poised to revolutionize drug discovery, particularly in regenerative medicine. This paper examines how AI-driven approaches can accelerate therapeutic development, enhance patient-centered care, and optimize clinical outcomes. Key areas of focus include predictive modeling for regenerative compounds, AI-assisted screening of bioactive molecules, integration of multi-omics data, and digital workflow transformation within pharmacy operations. A conceptual framework is proposed to integrate AI across discovery, development, and clinical implementation, highlighting operational, technological, and patient-centered considerations.
