The increasing demand for secure and transparent digital services has accelerated interest in online voting systems. However, conventional online voting platforms are largely centralized, making them vulnerable to security breaches, vote manipulation, and lack of public trust. This research presents the design and implementation of an online voting system using blockchain technology to address these challenges. Blockchain provides decentralization, immutability, and transparency, ensuring that votes cannot be altered once recorded. Smart contracts are employed to automate voter authentication, vote casting, and vote tallying processes. Cryptographic techniques ensure voter privacy while maintaining system verifiability. Experimental analysis demonstrates that the proposed system enhances electoral security, prevents double voting, and improves transparency. The system offers a reliable and tamperresistant framework for conducting secure digital elections.
