Publication Policies
The International Journal of AI EBioMedicine Innovations (IJ-AIEBI) is committed to maintaining the highest standards of academic integrity, transparency, and quality in publishing. All manuscripts submitted to the journal must comply with the following policies:
1. Peer Review Policy

All submissions undergo a double-blind peer review process to ensure objectivity and fairness.

At least two independent reviewers evaluate the manuscript for originality, scientific merit, methodology, clarity, and relevance.

IJ-AIEBI is an open-access journal; all articles are freely available online immediately upon publication.

3. Plagiarism & Originality Policy

Manuscripts must represent original work not published or under consideration elsewhere.

7. Retraction & Correction Policy

8. Publication Frequency

IJ-AIEBI publishes on a quarterly basis (four issues per year).

The journal follows the guidelines of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) to ensure transparency, accountability, and responsibility throughout the publication process.
Responsibilities of Authors

Originality: Authors must submit only original work that has not been published or submitted elsewhere.

Authorship: Only individuals who have made significant contributions to the research should be listed as authors. All contributors must be acknowledged appropriately.

Accuracy: Data and results should be reported honestly and without fabrication, falsification, or inappropriate manipulation.

Citations: Relevant prior work must be properly cited to acknowledge intellectual contributions.

Disclosure: Authors must declare any financial, professional, or personal conflicts of interest.

Responsibilities of Reviewers

Responsibilities of Editors

Misconduct & Malpractice

The journal has a zero-tolerance policy toward plagiarism, duplicate submissions, falsified data, and unethical research practices.

In cases of misconduct, the journal may issue corrections, retractions, or expressions of concern as necessary.
