The rapid growth of urban populations and rising housing demand have made traditional house rental processes increasingly inefficient, time-consuming, and opaque. Tenants and property owners face significant challenges in finding trustworthy listings, verifying property details, and communicating securely without centralized digital support. This paper presents the design and implementation of Home Deal, a comprehensive web-based house rental management system that streamlines property searching, listing, and management through a modern full-stack architecture. The system provides advanced property search and filtering, free property listings, a unique coin-based contact mechanism to prevent spam, and a rating and review system for enhanced trust. Built using React.js, Next.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB, with JWT-based authentication and RESTful API communication, the proposed system significantly improves transparency, accessibility, and operational efficiency for both property owners and tenants compared to traditional rental management approaches.
