The growing emphasis on employee health and well-being has encouraged organizations to adopt innovative technologies that promote a healthier and more productive workforce. Wearable technology, including smartwatches, fitness bands, and health-monitoring devices, has emerged as an effective tool for supporting employee wellness programs by enabling real-time tracking of physical activity, heart rate, sleep patterns, stress levels, and other health indicators. These technologies provide valuable insights that help employees adopt healthier lifestyles while enabling organizations to design personalized wellness initiatives. This study focuses on the implementation of Wearable Technology for Employee Wellness Programs at IBM Company. The research aims to evaluate the effectiveness of wearable devices in improving employee health, engagement, productivity, and overall workplace well-being. It examines key factors such as physical activity monitoring, stress management, health awareness, employee participation, user satisfaction, and the influence of wearable technology on organizational performance. The study employs a quantitative research approach using survey-based data to analyze employee perceptions and the impact of wearable-assisted wellness programs. The findings are expected to demonstrate that wearable technology enhances employee motivation, encourages preventive healthcare practices, improves work-life balance, and reduces healthrelated absenteeism. Furthermore, the study highlights the role of data-driven wellness initiatives in creating a healthier work environment and supporting informed human resource decisions. Overall, the research concludes that integrating wearable technology into employee wellness programs can strengthen workforce health, increase productivity, and contribute to sustainable organizational growth at IBM Company.
