Digital learning has significantly transformed Open Distance Education (ODE) by enhancing accessibility, flexibility, learner engagement, and instructional effectiveness. The integration of Learning Management Systems (LMS), virtual classrooms, artificial intelligence-based analytics, and multimedia resources has reshaped pedagogical practices in distance education. This study explores the role of digital learning in improving key quality dimensions of ODE, including instructional design, learner support services, assessment strategies, and student satisfaction. A descriptive research design was adopted, and data were collected from 200 learners enrolled in ODE programs using a structured questionnaire. The data were analyzed through descriptive statistics and correlation techniques. The findings reveal a strong positive relationship between digital learning tools and perceived educational quality. Interactive platforms, timely feedback mechanisms, and digital assessments significantly enhanced learner engagement and academic performance. The study emphasizes the importance of digital infrastructure, faculty training, and learner digital literacy for sustainable quality enhancement in open distance education systems.
